Errol Hewett BSc.(Hons 1), PhD
Errol is an experienced consultant, researcher and lecturer, with
expertise in science and research management in a range of
production sectors.
Prof. Errol Hewett chairs the ‘Commission Education, Research Training and Consultancy.’
He chaired the ISHS ‘Quality & Postharvest Horticulture Commission’ from 1998 to 2006.
Errol is also on the Board of Trustees of the International Tropical and Subtropical Fruit Network (TFNet), based in Malaysia.

Chris Hale PhD, Msc, FNZSHS
Chris is a science specialist.
He has extensive experience of
technical issues involved with plant protection research for
sustainable production of horticultural crops in New Zealand,
Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands.
He has a long involvement in the the development of
research programmes with producer boards and MAF, particularly in
relation to sustainable production, market access and protocols for
export of New Zealand's horticultural crops.
Dr Chris Hale chairs the Plant Protection Commission of the ‘International Society for Horticultural Science’ that has membership from 150 countries.

Of particular value to clients is Bob's experience in market access, PVR, reduction of international tariffs, and product development and quality systems ensuring compliance with customer requirements - from crop protection to packaging systems.
He has wide international experience from travelling to and working in Europe, Asia and in North and South America, in horticulture and the determination of government relationships and the setting of international standards for quality and food safety.
Bob has had extensive experience in the horticulture sector, especially with Zespri International, where he was Market Access and Technical Manager – ZESPRI Global Supply.

Robert Isbister

Rob has extensive practical business and market management experience in the export food sector (Dairy Board incl. overseas appointments).
Progressing to management of sector organisations (Fruitfed), as CEO of the Animal Health Board he led significant changes in the eradication of Tb from New Zealand's dairy, beef and deer herds.
As GM Biosecurity of NZ's largest food quality verification and biosecurity company (AgriQuality – now AsureQuality), Roberts role in leading the team that eradicated the painted apple moth incursion is highly regarded.
Rob has strong working relationships with central and local government, some CRI's, and the farming sector and the forestry sector.
